Tenure is an ineffective solution to improving universities because it creates barriers within that university.  In fact, tenure’s limitations comes from the way it uses up a universities budget and its negative effect on professors teaching styles. Perhaps lowering the entry qualifications for tenure and bringing in more professors will give a greater influence towards more modernized courses.

Tenure was introduced to fix the problem of unfair firings of teachers and educators, so they could keep their jobs if they fulfill the specific requirements of it. In fact, tenure wastes a lot of money in teachers making the colleges unable to get modernized and students from learning more important topics. Perhaps tenure may raise the unemployment rate within professors, not giving them the opportunity to keep a job.

Tenure has, over the years, turned out to be a limitation factor which deprives students from receiving a proper education. In fact, the value of tenure has decreased when it comes to its credibility and purpose, now it is seen as a restriction to the quality education of students. Perhaps if more money was spent on education based tasks tenure would increase the quality of learning for students.

Overall tenure is an ineffective way to push the educational system forward. Although there are many beneficial advantages to tenure, the disadvantages out weights the advantages. Ultimately many solely see the security of jobs rather than the moving forward of education and the impact it would have on the world. If students aren’t giving modernized views on education it would only be a set back to society.

although tenure fixed the problem of teachers being fired without a good reason it created another problem when it lost its ability to modernize teaching due to protecting these teachers. in fact it has caused teachers to stick to their outdated teaching methods. Maybe if teachers had to present their teaching methods to the board of education every semester they would be sufficient in having to update their work.

Tenure has not given universities the solution of safety among educators that they are in need of. Given that a significant number of professors receive tenure, it leaves many others teachers and students at a disadvantage. In fact, tenure has financially impacted universities a tremendous amount and harms the overall quality of a student’s education. Perhaps universities can look to a new generation of teachers as a opportunity to educate the students in a way that veteran educators are not fully aware of.

It has been seen that tenure lost it’s original motive of simply protecting educators from being fired without reason. In fact, tenure has had a stronger impact on the students than it has on teachers and professors. Perhaps, students should take a closer look at which professors are the ones that help them more towards graduation, tenured or non-tenured.

Tenure has made it difficult for students to actually learn important studies and information. In fact, due to the ineffectiveness that it has on students it tends to downgrade the level of learning that a student should be capable of. Perhaps, distributing the way that each individual student should learn would most likely help the way tenure has been processed.

In order to fix the problem of the high percentage of loan debt for black students, we need to support programs that are able to help black students find jobs to reduce their student debt. Programs such as HBCU provide variety of information for black students to help them with their career life by offering the necessary tools, expert advice, and internships. Helping black student get on the right path for their career will reduce their need for student loans. Therefore, the high percentage of debt will be reduced significantly. Other solutions such as programs that focus on a wide variety of races would not provide much help for black students, because of the divided attention on other races that might not suffer from racial inequality as black students.

IN ORDER TO FIX THE PROBLEM OF BLACK STUDENTS MAKE LESS MONEY THAT WHITE STUDENTS, WE NEED TO MAKE INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES MORE AVAILABLE TO BLACK STUDENTS. IN ORDER TO MAKE INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES MORE AVAILABLE TO BLACK STUDENTS, JOB FAIRS CAN PROMOTE IT TOWARD STUDENTS FROM LOW INCOME FAMILIES. INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES PROVIDE ITS STUDENTS WITH HIGHER RECOGNITION IN A CORPORATION, LEADING TO A HIGHER CHANCE OF GETTING HIRED AFTER FINISHING THE INTERNSHIP. ANOTHER REASON THIS SOLUTION IS BENEFICIAL TO BLACK STUDENTS IS BECAUSE IT PROVIDES THEM WITH MORE WORK EXPERIENCE. ALTHOUGH SOME ARGUE THAT INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES ARE DIRECTED SPECIFICALLY TOWARDS BLACK STUDENTS, THESE OPPORTUNITIES OVERALL BENEFIT EVERYONE, NOT ONLY LOWER INCOME FAMILIES.
