Empathy is the ability to understand and share feelings with another person. Writing is the activity of putting words in a coherent way in which readers can understand. Writing and empathy are similar in the way that they are tools for communication and understanding each and every person. When a writer, writes about something he or she writes in a way that creates empathy to the subject so there can be a better connection with the reader and the subject. This is the true value of empathy, it creates a feeling a connection and understanding between the writer and the reader.

I’m glad you were able to post Daniel! I think you get to the crux of your argument here: This is the true value of empathy, it creates a feeling a connection and understanding between the writer and the reader. I wonder if you’ll discover the way writing can offer a connection between reader and SUBJECT, not just reader and writer.
I look forward to hearing more from you!
